After a break in the trial today Judge Sherry Stephens announced:
"Ladies and gentlemen, as you know juror number eleven is ill. The court has excused him from further participation in this trial."
A report on HLN from Beth Karas describes Juror #11 as appearing to be hispanic, long hair in pony-tail, mid-30s.
And then there were 16: 10 men, 6 women.
